Create a routine once

Choose Create a preset, name your routine, set its duration and add sound cues at elapsed times. Choose a default sound or give individual cues their own sounds. Save, then select this preset whenever you return.

Start your session

Select a preset and tap Begin. The app prepares your session audio, then gives you a three-second lead-in before time zero. Each cue plays once, with silence between cues. You can pause, resume or end the session. A final cue is allowed to decay naturally after the timer reaches zero.

Set your volume

Use the iPhone volume control in the session summary, active timer, About screen or sound library. It adjusts media volume for your current speaker or headphones. You can also use the iPhone volume buttons while a sound plays. Some connected speakers require their own volume control. Preview a sound at a comfortable level, then try a short session on your chosen output.

Locked screen, Do Not Disturb and Airplane Mode

All session sounds are stored on your iPhone. Media playback is designed to continue with your screen locked, Do Not Disturb enabled or Airplane Mode enabled. No network connection or notification permission is required for meditation cues. Check your chosen audio output before beginning. These conditions are part of the new version’s physical test plan; they are not yet a completed verification claim.

If playback stops

Calls, audio interruptions or an output disconnect pause playback. Check your output and resume when ready. An explicitly paused session can be reopened and resumed. Swiping the app away or an unexpected app termination ends a running session; your preset remains available to begin again. Reopening does not automatically replay missed cues.

How many cues can I use?

Each preset supports up to 60 cues, including start and finish sounds if you add them. There is no app-imposed limit on saved preset count. Choose a positive duration in whole seconds. The app validates whether it can represent and prepare the requested session; it reports a preparation failure instead of silently shortening your preset.

Does editing a preset change my current session?

No. Your current session keeps its own snapshot. The saved changes apply next time you begin that preset.
