What the app stores

Quiet Intervals stores your preset names, durations, sound choices and current session on your iPhone. These records support saving and resuming your own routines.

No developer data collection

The app does not send your presets or session information to the developer. It has no account, analytics, advertising, tracking or timer backend. The six included sounds work offline.

Local audio playback

Quiet Intervals builds a finite session timeline from the sounds bundled with the app and plays it on your iPhone, including the quiet intervals you choose. It uses media volume and does not require a network connection or notification permission for meditation cues. The app does not use your microphone or record audio.

Backups and deletion

App data may be included in device backups managed by Apple according to your device settings. Deleting a preset removes it from the current app library, but does not change an already running session. Deleting the app removes its local data; backups are managed separately through your Apple settings.

Optional website links

Links to SamadhiHub and the support and privacy pages open in your browser only when you choose them. Quiet Intervals does not add your presets or session information to these links. The destination websites’ own privacy policies apply. You do not need to open them to use the timer.

This support website

These support pages are hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub processes website requests under its privacy statement. Quiet Intervals does not contact this website automatically; opening a web link makes a normal browser request.
